1. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO CREATE MY FEDORA?

The projected time of completion is <14 business days. (The average completion time is 7 business days). During periods of high order volume, time of completion can be <17 business days (the average completion time during high volume periods is 11 business days). Still, this factor depends solely on personalization requests and order number. All hats are created as quickly as possible, yet with intention.

Rush orders may also be accepted.

2. AM I REQUIRED TO PARTICIPATE IN A ZOOM CONSULTATION? 

No, you are not required to participate in a Zoom consultation. You can browse through the various categories and independently build your hat.

3. HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

For pre-created styles:
-please allow up to 6 business days to receive your hat.
For custom orders:
-AFTER your customized hat is finished, please allow up to 6 business days to receive your hat.

  • You will receive emails and/or text messages to the contact information provided during checkout for progress updates, as well as order tracking information.

4. WHAT IF I DO NOT KNOW MY HAT SIZE?

Majority of the hats listed can fit all head sizes HOWEVER, if you want specific measurements you may:

  • get fitted for a hat

  • look on the inside tag of hats that you already own and can comfortably fit

Majority of the hats listed measure between 56cm- 61cm.

  • M: 56cm- 57cm

  • L: 58cm- 59cm

  • XL: 60cm- 61cm

    *Size SMALL (54cm- 56cm) may be requested. Still, most hats can accommodate this size due to the adjustable band.

5. WHAT IF MY HAT SIZE IS NOT LISTED?

If you do not see your hat size listed for that particular hat style, please proceed with completing your complete order, and follow up with an email to: mannerism.bymoe@gmail.com.

6. WHAT IF I WANT MY HAT CUSTOMIZED LIKE A HAT THAT I HAVE A PICTURE OF?

***Outside Inspiration orders have to finalized by me. I will guide customers through this process.

  • Step 1: Browse the Hat Collection to choose your preferred style and add to your cart.

  • Step 2: Browse the various categories of accessories/ accents, adding as many as you wish to your cart, if necessary.

    *DO NOT PLACE THE ORDER.

  • Step 3: Email: mannerism.bymoe@gmail.com and attach your inspiration pictures.

  • Step 4: I will then establish communication with you to get your order finalized.

7. ARE YOU ABLE TO SHRINK OR STRETCH MY HAT?

Yes, I am able to both shrink and stretch any hat. Please email: mannerism.bymoe@gmail.com with notes to either shrink or stretch your hat.

8. Am I able to submit my own African- American tribute?

Yes, you may do so AFTER completing checkout. I will follow up with you as soon as the order has been placed.

You may also allow me to choose for you.

*What is a tribute?
A tribute is where a person, place, event, quote, phrase, etc of the BLACK CULTURE is displayed on your hat in a stylish, appropriate fashion.
